Act Drama have been very busy with many activities recently; here are some outlines of what we have all been getting up to:
9th May 2010:
Summer Workshop Play Announced!!!!!!! Rehearse and perform a play in a week.
THE WIZARD OF OZ
26th-30th July & August week TBC (If you are unable to attend our July Summer school please let me know if you are interested in an August week).
Venue: Streatham & Clapham High School, 42 Abbotswood Road, Streatham, SW16 1AW.
Times: Mon - Thurs 10am - 3.00pm, Friday 10am - 4pm. Show is on Friday at 3pm!
Cost: £195 & £175 (Sibling Discount)

27th March 2010:
Last week of term before Easter; we had a fun session playing all our favourite games and talking about our performance next term....Comedy Sketch Show!
18th and 19th March 2010:
Performances of the Year 4 Play at Hornsby House School 'The Wind in the Willows', adapted, produced and directed by Act Drama.
3rd February 2010:
LAMDA examinations took place at The Micheal Croft Theatre at Alleyn's School. All Act Drama students did fantastically well; gaining high Merits or Distinctions in examinations such as Acting, Speaking of Verse and Prose, and Reading for Performance. Well done everyone involved!
Other news for 2010:
We're thrilled to have extended our relationship with Hornsby House School and have now introduced an After School Club for the lower school, as well as working within the school this term producing the Year 4 Play again after the success and great fun of last year's production of James and the Giant Peach.
We are delighted to be working with students at Broomwood Hall Upper School; preparing them for LAMDA examinations which will be taking place in May 2010.
We are now busy planning for the summer term show as well as looking at what our Summer Holiday project will be...sign up now to avoid disappointment.
